Pat Kay is the Families and Outreach Director.  Pat and his wife Esther have been married almost 20 years and have five children.  Pat and Esther have served together and been a part of many ministries here at First Baptist Church over the last 18 years. Pat has served in many roles at FBC, including: Sound Guy, Men's Ministry Leader, Youth Director, and Sunday School Teacher.  Pat has most recently been serving as the leader of the Audio Visual Team.  Pat has a Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministry from Wayland Baptist University and more importantly a heart for God.  Pat and Esther look forward to connecting families and helping equip them to navigate today's culture as followers of Christ.

Michael Powers is the Next Gen Director at FBC-Benson. Alongside his wife, Kali, they are responsible for overseeing the spiritual growth and development of the next generation of believers (Pre-school through Young Adults). Together, Michael and Kali have a vision to see the next generation in our community grow into mature, committed followers of Jesus Christ through intentional and relational discipleship. Their goal is to equip and train students to be truth-seekers, servant-leaders, and disciple-makers.

Kathy Dickerson and her husband Ron came from California to Benson in August 2018. They have two sons, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. In September 2020 Kathy accepted the position of Office Manager at First Baptist. Ron went home to be with the Lord just four weeks after accepting the position. Kathy feels that the Lord has her here for a reason and is looking forward to seeing just what the Lord has in store for her.

Ammi Taylor is the Worship Leader at First Baptist. She was born (#4 of 5 kids) and raised in Benson. She has lived here all but 1 year of her life. Ammi married her high school boyfriend, Brian, right out of high school. They have been blessed with 5 great kids, 3 girls, Shaylin (17), Kaylei (14), Karris (12), and then 2 boys, Darias (9), Terrail (7), of which she homeschools. She has been a homeschool mom for 12 years and counting. Music is what keeps their household lively. Besides parenting, Ammi and Brian both coach sports and enjoy watching their kids develop into athletes. Their love of music has continued to grow as well. They have been attending First Baptist Church of Benson since they were in high school. They took a break for a short few years, but have been regularly attending since approximately 2008.
